There are some that are in bad need of help but there are a ton of them that have had a lot of help in the last 3-5 yrs. There are only a small handful that haven't been overhauled. I had some Dymax help with one of mine a couple years back. Most of mine need what we call the "weedeater"...
Dang Jigs you look like you need a little Dymax or Marshalsaw blight to help your efforts. We spent all afternoon yesterday chasing fire on the south end of Rock Creek Station. A well intentioned land owner wasn't quite ready for the woof when the cedars got going..... :D

Is the one you are talking about a Marshal Saw? A friend of mine has one and it has nearly worn him out running over all the pastures they have. It is on an S-300 and it has grouser tracks on it.

I couldn't agree more. That sparky is a great asset for your part of the country. Growing up we had a feller in town that had the metal working gift like Sparky and man we sure miss him.. I learned a lot from him just wish I had asked more questions...

For this burn we used a backpack sprayer and two four wheelers with 15 gal tanks. Maybe not quite as much as we really should've had but the wind was from the east and the south,west and north sides all had trees and creek so we weren't really to worried.

I honestly haven't heard anything about them being rabid but it wouldn't surprise me a bit. I bet I have seen at least 6-8 of them dead on the road withing about 10 miles from home. Man I can't believe how bad they stink luckily I haven't been one of the "Road Killers". :wink: :lol: I haven't...
