½ c. olive oil ¼ c. lemon juice ½ c. red wine 1 t. salt 1 t. marjoram 1 t. oregano 1 t. pepper 1 clove minced garlic ½ c. chopped onion ¼ c. chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients and marinate venison for 6 to 8 hours. Grill. Do not overcook.
