Nice pictures, your grass looks real good, and kids are having fun, isn't farm life great. Except for the fence to fix and the baler to repair.

    Trailers

Thanks everyone. I'll be pulling mostly highway miles as my place is in a block and I trail my cattle from pasture to pasture. I have a 16' wylee to bounce out and pick up anything I need. Thanks for all your input . Im going to look at some next week.

I had to chuckle to myself

Kidding aside , my days are 5-9 not 9-5. Trying to check cows, fence, get my new to me 1960's seeding equipment working and chase my kids around a little. Wouldnt trade it for ANY 9-5 job going. Nothing more satisfying to me than see the sun rise and set , hear the first geese come back, hear a...

    Building Corrals

Should also mention we are always short handed so cattle need to flow on thier own, might be useless advice I dont know want to hear some feed back on this. A 16' alley also came with the place, to wide for anything I have found .

    Building Corrals

Dont know if there is anything to this or not , but I load alot of cattle in the afternoon after gather sort etc. I have been told and found it is easier to load cattle with the sun at thier back instead of thier face. Creates more shadows?? I try to build my loading ramps east for this...
