Wendy Davis Slams Opponent: He’s “Never Walked In My Shoes”

It’s just getting worse and worse for abortion activist Wendy Davis, who is falling on her own sword in the Texas gubernatorial race.

First, Davis was caught by a Dallas newspaper lying about her story of being a single mom who overcame adversity. Then, she sought to blame her problems on pro-life candidate for governor Greg Abbott. Now, in attacking Abbot, she’s stuck her foot in her mouth saying he’s “never walked a mile in my shoes.”

other then Joe Biden.. I doubt anyone could put words together and say so much with so little..

At age 26, Abbott was struck by a falling oak tree that injured his back as he jogged by. He has used a wheelchair ever since and has become an eloquent pro-life advocate — speaking up for both the disabled and the unborn. The accident serves as a reminder that regardless of someone’s circumstances, he or she deserves a chance at life, Abbott has said.

“Some people think it’s easy to write off the lives of the disabled or the different. But every day, God reminds us that all life has value, no matter the form.”

it is really hard to argue with her logic.. in fact it is really hard to see or find her logic...

The part I like about Wendy is when her wealthy hubby (much older than her) wrote a check to pay off all her college costs she filed for divorce the very next day.

She must be a special kind of person. (Place sarcasm emoticon here.)

her whole single mother hardship whine is "self inflicted" and made up..

While working as a waitress for her father's restaurant in 1983, when she was 20 years old,[7] and still married to Underwood, Russell was introduced, by her father, to her second husband, Fort Worth lawyer and former city councilman Jeffry Davis.

In the ABC interview with Zeleny, Davis repeated a false claim she made under oath in 2012, and has made on numerous occasions since: that she was 19 years old when she divorced her first husband. She was actually 21.

In 1992, Davis took out a 10-year loan a to help pay her tuition, which was not paid off until 2003 and cashed out his 401(k). Davis cared for their two daughters while Wendy was attending Harvard.[11] In 2003, Wendy moved out of Davis' home.

Jeff Davis told Slater that the relationship ended almost immediately after he made the final payment on the Harvard Law School loan. “It was ironic,” he said. “I made the last payment, and it was the next day she left.”

seems like she took him for all he had.. and then left him with the children..

When the divorce settlement was finalized in 2005, Jeff Davis was granted parental custody, and the girls (Amber then 21 and Dru then 14) stayed with him

so where is the single mother struggle?

she married the first child's father..

found another man,.. and then divorced the first husband..

She later became part owner of Safeco Title Co., the title company that her ex-husband Jeff Davis founded.

so her struggles are not what she claims..

I guess Barack helped her write her book..
