1/2 a Person

People been pretty quiet on Michigan and Florida citizens only counting as 1/2 of a person. Kind of funny that Puerto Rico citizens carry more towards electing than the 1/2 a person ones in Michigan and Florida.

How proud are you Democrats of your party, the party of not everyone vote counts or at least it may only count for 1/2 a vote. And then you have your Rich Powerful Super Delegates that can decide an election when people in Michigan and Florida don't matter.

Sounds like a elitist party to me!

I wonder who the Florida and Michigan people will vote for in the General Election? Can you say McCain? I would hammer those states with adds about how he cared for them and to him they were whole people not 1/2 people if I was McCain. And we have saw how important in the past Florida can be, dumb silly Democrats

It's not so much as 1/2 the votes counting as is the hypocrisy of changing the rules in the middle of the game.

The Repubs only counted 1/2 the delegates but knew that going in.....the Dem Committee said they wouldn't count ANY of the delegates if the Primary was held that early...

They are obviously not keeping the standards they themselves created.

What I can't understand is why no one is bustin' the nuts of those Gov's of those 2 states as they had to approve the new dates for the primary events KNOWING full well what the rules were at that time. :???: :???:

Fla is a Rep Gov....Hmmmmmmm....and he OK'ed a primary KNOWING that the votes would not count....why is no one asking him questions?

I guess he figured the people had spoken through their elected representatives. The Reps knew only 1/2 would count when they voted.

Had he vetoed it, it would have passed anyway, from what I read.
