OT- If these people had tried these tactics on your side of the line they would be criminal court.....as for Bluetongue and Anapl. the CCA fought for years to get the restrictions amended and lifted. If you want to point fingers try looking at CFIA, they set and administer import protocols!

cowsense- You are right- if someone down here tried to pick and choose who could invest and who couldn't because of political or group affiliation, they would be in court......This again shows why investing in foreign nations is risky....
