drive truck. He is 26 years old, served two tours in Afghanistan,
was injured three times, once very badly and HE CAN'T FIND
WORK IN CALIFORNIA. He has gone to truck driving school
and found a good job in Minot so he and his family are moving.
I wish them the best. If he can survive Afghanistan, he
should be able to survive a winter in Minot. Anyway, they are
excited. So much for jobs in the state of 'the land of plenty,'
At least he looked for work, didn't think someone owed him
something.

They're living in old rail cars in parts of ND...Problem with R.V.'s is the winter... The old airmen used to say there was only one place colder (and windier) then Glasgow AFB or Minot AFB- and that was Tule Greenland...
