But it does make 310 horses. Not like I'll be getting one.

produces that rated power at 5600 rpm...more of a motorcycle/snowmobile/atv/chainsaw type of engine..won't last long under load at that rpm

To bad they couldn't be street legal, I don't think they will go where a Ranger will go but they might pull a post pounder on most ground. Probably wouldn't have the same ride as a UTV with independent suspension either. Hard to find the perfect vehicle. But they do look like fun. just seem pricey.

That Mahindra Jeep redux is interesting at least, as I wasn't aware they existed. If they could update the suspension to coil springs and improve the turning radius it would be even more interesting. It sounds like HVAC and AT is in the works for later. Surely there's a way to get a few more horses out of it, but maybe with the torque it would be okay.

I was watching Classic tractor fever the other day and this home made 4wheel drive had heat and air out of a '59 Ford and tilt steering wheel out of a Olds 98. Guess you could upgrade the Mahindra your self.lol

Would probably turn out to be more of a downgrade than an upgrade if I did it. lol

This is my pick. Sammy's are bullet proof when done up right. Same size as the side by sides, half the price, better cab, etc.

Now that's pretty nifty. 20-30% better mileage with same power, or more. After a few million are sold and they iron out the wrinkles I'll think about picking up a used one.

I'd like to see a 3 cyl , Perkins type, little
Engine in a 3/4 ton with an eaton 10 speed behind it.
