interesting poll, while I would support a "term limit" in the form of a recommended and mandatory retirement age, it is easy to see how pressure would come on a Justice to retire to leave way for a healthy younger( sometimes less wise, and less experienced) replacement, and each is a serperate set of conditions.
It seems that asking a Justice to retire is kinda like asking the pope to step down, even though it is clear that he is uncapable of doing the job he was challenged to do, it is met with scorn, by his loyal supporters as being hateful....thus with each day the Justice should do the job he/she was sworn to do and accept thier own limitations and retire gracefully when the duties are excessive....
