50 or more Dem seats set to fall

The Hill 2010 Midterm Election poll, surveying nearly 17,000 likely voters in 42 toss-up districts over four weeks, points to a massive Republican wave that, barring an extraordinary turnaround, will deliver crushing nationwide defeats for President Obama’s party.

The data suggest a GOP pickup that could easily top 50 seats (the party needs 39 for control of the House).

Of the 42 districts polled for The Hill, all but two of which are currently Democratic, 31 had Republicans in the lead. Democrats were up in just seven, and four were tied. In addition, there are some 15 Democratic districts that are so far into the GOP win column that they weren’t polled. That would suggest at least 46 GOP pickups, plus whatever the party gets out of another 40 or 50 seats that some experts believe are in play.

“We didn’t even poll in about 15 districts that are already too far gone for Democrats,” said Mark Penn, whose firm, Penn Schoen Berland, conducted the poll. “So that, along with our entire series of polls, points to something in the range of a 50-seat gain for Republicans.”

Man I think I will watch MSNBC on Tues night. Just to see the Liberal lefts heads exploding once the results start coming in. Then I'll watch The View Weds. to see Joy Bahar blow her liberal gasket

My election wish list

Rehberg to win by a historical landslide over McDonald
Barney Frank to go down HARD
Boxer to loose the title she worked so hard for.
Reid charged with corruption for attempting to buying the election
Pelosi to be FIRED as Speaker :liar:
Obama's old seat to go Republican
and not to leave out the power hungry Republican, I hope everyone mis-spells the write in candidates name in Alaska. 8)

Needless to say I hope the Republicans WIN BIG

Oh I forgot two

I hope Michelle Bachmann takes Minn. even after the Dems have pulled out all the stops to un-seat her.

AND that every Palin Endorsed Candidate wins and puts the fear of God in the Dems for 2012.

They were saying on TV today that if the Dems go down in a ball of fire Pelosi will retire and go back to Calif. Some seem to think that even if the Dems retain the House there are not enough Dems willing to vote her back into the Speakers seat that she might leave anyway. Can we be so LUCKY :?

I had to laugh when I heard that Sharron Angle sent Joy Bahar flowers and a thank you note. Seems Sharron did well on online donations after Joy called her a B*tch on the View.  Way to take the high road Sharron   But no big surprise Joy was her usual Liberal loon self and called her the same nasty name again. Just how nasty can Joy get before Barbara realizes she is a Liberal Wingnut that needs a long rest in a padded room. Maybe after Tuesday she will seek help.

Therein lies the big if! Which side typically gets off their butts more often to vote in these elections?

Good point- the dems usually do, quit often actually, several times per election, and they get several of their dead relatives off their butts too.
and even maybe someone else off their butts with meals, cigarettes, gift cards, etc.

Well from what I hear People don't have to get off their butts in Nevada as when they get to the polls their vote has already been cast for them. I would flood that state if I were the Republicans and see to it Reid and his union thugs can't even sneeze without somebody handing them a hankie until the count is in and verified.
