The Immigration Balance of Power shifted in the House of Representatives after Tuesday's mid-term elections, and the number of True Reformers in the House nearly doubled. Seventy-three candidates who promised to support lower immigration levels came out victorious on Tuesday, while more than 40 Representatives who support higher immigration levels were defeated.

I don't think immigration levels are the problem. If a country has economic growth that exceeds their natural population growth, they will require immigrants to sustain that growth.

The question is whether illegal immigration and the costs associated with it, are greater than the economic growth.
