EPA dealing with runoff on logging roads? Don't they have anything better to do?

well they have already declared ditches as wetlands and waterways.. so naturally a rut is the next natural wonder that needs addressed..

soon they will go after those huge puddles and ruts on farm roads. as these diverse mutli-eco environments are often ran dry in late July by the farmers employing a solar drying system.. and then graded just so a farmer can keep his diesel truck mud free for a week or two..

besides they keep down the farm created dust.. helping lower greenhouse gases..
