as a public forum it is the responsibility of the members to act appropriately. and to consider the other members. If they know a minor is and can participate in the forum there are additional responsibilities to not use offensive language or to bully the child...

I often do not agree with government oversight of every aspect of our lives, but feel in extreme cases or in cases where the offender does not head repeated warnings that there should be a place to legally deal with the offender. Now there is and it is a federal crime.. especially if a child is reading and participating in the forum.. such as occurs on here..

so be warned. a child is reading this forum and is really not interested in reading offensive bullying language or reading a person who interrupts each thread with repeated rantings.
