After reading Jeanie's comment about her computer being down it reminded me that thankfully most down-sides also have their upsides:
Like:

While the darn computer is down... you actually catch up on all (some :roll: ) house cleaning for a change.

Or

When you have a nasty gastro-intestinal infection... you at least lose some excess weight.
