we had another rain shower come through early this morning, which will put the haying on hold until later this afternoon. i've had these branding pics on the computer for about a month, so i figure this morning would be a good time to post them.

we branded the last two bunches on June 9. we had a good crew and perfect weather.

Looks like you live in some good grass country, Justin.
Branding looks like it went well. Thanks for the pictures.
Cattle look really good.

We had a shower come through here this morning too.
Yesterday we got .2, this morning it was more like .15.
Overcast and cool.

I still like to wear my Dad's gloves. They are pre broke in. Nice to have a young enthusiastic crew.

Justin.

I noticed you have some older bins put up on cones. I have been thinking that would be a good idea for myself. Do you like them, which brand did you use, and did you put them up yourself or have the company come and do it? How does the cost relate to $/bu of added bin space?

Seems like a better idea than buying a grain vac to clean out the bins. No work for anyone.....especially me, the official grain scooper. Would appreciate your opinions.

Thanks,
Howdy
