Got a small boneless lamb leg we marinating in some red wine, rosemary and garlic, going to grill it over some hot coals this evening then slice it for some wraps Sue is making
Greek Pita:
60z of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2cup+1 TBS of warm water, 2 cups unbleached flour, 1tsp yeast, 1/2tsp salt, ½ cup flour for bench work, tsp. oil(Sue is soaking some chopped fine rosemary in the warm water)
Mix the dough and let rise 3 hours, (we usually just one raise about a hour)
Pre Heat Oven 425, cut dough into 6 equal pieces, flattens each, and then roll into 9inch rounds, bake on a stone in middle rack cook 1 ½ to 2 min then turn and cook about same on other side
did make the yogurt , peeled chopped seedless cucumber, garlic stuff too, to go on the wraps

I'm stuck on trying to figure out whether you share these dinner events for our benefit or to torture those of us who are of limited cooking skills!

Sounds like you folks enjoy some gourmet meals!
