First attempt at photobucket. Not sure how to resize them yet. Some might recognize the one with the horse from his glory days. We have been next door neighbors for nearly a century.

Tom Bews and my Dad. Their dads were neighbors. Tom was one heck of a bronc rider and is a multiple Calgary Stampede Champ. He still rides most every day but the mounts are more genteel.

No little bow, Tom had a minor stroke recently and sold his interest in the D and Johns along with his cows to another of those oil guys. Peter is running that operation. Tom ran yealings on his original ranch this year. That is why he was at my place. I was returning the last few that he was missing. He looks good and still rides lots and still has his sense of humor. He lives about a mile north of where we were standing across the river. Too many yearlings to fit his horse in the trailer too so Rosemary drove around and he rode home.
