A sad cat tale

We had four female cats that all had kittens over a space of a few weeks.

Two of the cats got out on the road with bad results leaving the other two cats trying to look after 12 kittens of varying sizes.

As you can see they are making a good effort,
only the one on her far left is her own.

They'll do all right redcountry. I caught our oldest son snatching the pretty kittens from their wild mothers and grafting them on his old tame mama cat. When I found out what he was doing she had ten. And only dinnerware for eight. She fed them in shifts...
