A Website To Make OT's Head Spin

OT wants to bring down anyone here on Ranchers who doesn't see things the way he does. He wants the corrupt SPLC and the Feds to make their life hell. If it were illegal to talk of other races negatively, this one would not survive:

You see OT, there's this tiny Constitutional thing called Freedom Of Speech.

It's as I said earlier Mike, there are thousands of political forums (and others like the one you linked) on the internet and most are far rougher than ours which has only about 15-20 regular posters.

Of course, OT would like everyone here to believe that due to his efforts, the DEA, FBI, ICE, NASA, CIA and the HNIC are all monitoring our own little corner of the internets.

Simply more evidence that with each passing day the man has fewer brain cells to rub together.

I'm still thinking WTF over Hopalong being audited. At face value, looks like a real Lois Lerner type Dick move. Wasn't aware of that before yesterday.

it isn't the only issue where a certain poster MAY HAVE used his former position and some sort of criminal databases to research posters on here...

and then drop a dime..

EVEN real information on real crimes from an internet anonymous source should be carefully checked before they are acted on...

nothing worse then a false criminal accusation ruining a persons' life...

Is that really true hoppy? As big a snake as OT is I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around the IRS hauling off and auditing someone just because a washed-up x-sheriff in Montana pointed his fat finger in your direction. He doesn't have nearly as much stroke as he'd like us all to believe.

Does he even know your name? If not, how would they know who to go after? He'd also have to have some sort of evidence indicating that perhaps you'd evaded taxes. Without that, I just don't see it.

Well, I can say with 100% certainty that he took false information that I provided him and after checking it out for about 5 minutes posted it on line, then sent packets to assorted federal agencies in order to cause me problems.

He's ruined my life.

A "Private Message" is not allowed to be publicly disclosed without the sender's approval. It is a "Private" message and should be honored as such, most obviously.

My attorney explained that to me when I consulted with him a while back.

If there is any damaging personal information within that "PM" that is made public, there are grounds for lawsuit.

Venue is that Internet (World Wide Web) suits are filed at the nearest Federal Courthouse or Embassy (some countries have Treaties) to the damaged individual.

Unlike Defamation, the "Truth" is no defense in a "Highly Embarrasing Exposure" case. re: Peterson v. Moldofsky

Sure sounds like something he would do. If he'll blow the whistle on someone he doesn't know, for sure he'll blow the whistle on someone for money.
If the IRS proceeds with any action based on information brought to their attention by an individual, such individual shall receive a Finders Fee from 10 to 30% of the collected proceeds (including penalties, interest, additions to tax, and additional amounts) or from any settlements in response to such action. The determination of the amount of such award by the Whistle blower Office shall depend upon the extent to which the individual substantially contributed to such action.
