probably lying, seeing as Barry is President now and gitmo is closed.

KABUL, AfghanistanAfghanistan's president says all U.S. special forces must leave eastern Wardak province within two weeks because of allegations that Afghans working with them are torturing and abusing other Afghans.

Presidential spokesman Aimal Faizi says Sunday's decision was taken during a meeting of the National Security Council because of the alleged actions of Afghans who are linked to the U.S. special forces.

He said the government wants the individuals, whom he did not identify, to be handed over to the government.

Leave Wardak? Say it ain't so!!

This is not bad news - let those corrupt SOBs keep it - another place that looked real pretty in the rear view mirror. Far too much western blood spilled in that territory for the pay back received.

This is a good thing - mind you Karzai and his gang will lose access to all that rent money being collected from the US government and western nations for the land the US and western nations occupy for various bases and outposts.

Wait a minute - Special Forces leaving? I guess that means all those bases will stay and the regular forces will stay and the militaries from other nations will stay and the other international support people in them will also stay - so the money can continue to flow?

What does this "Special Forces" out really mean? Only a few of them there - but the regular forces are all over the place. Damn media tells a partial story again.

The US of A has provided uniforms to the Afghan military - some of them very close to the allied forces in design and look. Huge mistake - it caused problems when I was there and still does. For all I know it is Afghan military doing this - they certainly have no regard for their own people's lives - unless of course there is cash involved.

Otherwise, I am betting this is nothing - must have been a slow news day because you can be sure Karzai is now a multi-millionaire many times over - he will not want to cut off the cash flow just yet. He needs to send some additional money to Dubai to cover his eventual departure from A'stan.

That is if he can keep himself alive long enough to do it. How much cash is enough? For an Afghan there is never enough.

As for Gitmo - heck, does hussein even know where it is? LOL
