I headed up to the badlands to coax some cows closer to home.

I don't know if i am a "real"cattleman yet but the cows don't look to bad for the winter they have had.

I'll go ahead and say it. You're a Real cattle man. :) I know the definition we heard on another thread didn't include full time ranchers but I am pretty sure you qualify anyway. :roll:

They were weaned the 30th of Oct, and got Bossy Bloomer until just before Christmas. Nothing since but good old prairie wool. They would be fine but if we get anymore snow it get tough to get up to move them home. :)

I dunno BMR, that 489 cow has a long dewclaw on her right front. How could ya ever post a picture of a cull like that? Aught ta be ashamed of yerself. :?

You do qualify as a cattleman with that hunting cabin you rent out. :wink:
