Boy your sure right about that, started raining about 3am.got up this morn, still raining and greening before my eyes :D Only problam,we're supposed to brand and move cattle to pasture this weekend, too wet to get into top corral,oh well, will have to wait now until the 20th.

Greg competes in a rescue competion ,next weekend, trains all week, leave for Ft.Mac on Wed. Grrr, can't win for losing!Maybe the brand and moving fairies will show up while we're gone and will all be done when we get home :p

Wouldn't know about that rain stuff. We are suffering a drought again this year. Seems the rain always heads towards us and then either veers off or just dissipates completely.

Got another almost 1/4" last night........woke up to fog so thick ya could cut it with a knife this morning........and dew everywhere! Those spider webs sure do show up with the dew on them! Best part, is it rained all the way from here on the north end (don't know how much further, since I didn't go that way today) to down past my dad's (about 45 miles away) on the south end........nice shower. The canyon by dad's house, even ran water. :D

Just rained .25" here!!! Only took 45 minutes of the wickedest lightning I've seen for a while, but wonder of wonders, no wind. I was hoping to put the hubs in to go test bulls in the morning, but I reckon it'll be dusty again by then.

Chief, I was up around Dixon the other day.... Standing water in the fields... Hard to believe.... We haven't gotten any "real" rain since mothersday... My folks are in Eastern Illinois, they are wet... Saying rain tonight and tomorrow... We shall see eh? Good luck down in Putnam.

I forgot to mention, if anybody wants to see a green patch, go to Hermosa, SD. Has been raining, and did again today, the whole time I was there. I really didn't want to come home very bad...

My god we actually got some rain today... Last I checked it was just about 3/4 of an inch... Not the 2 inches that some people were suppossed to get but after watching the radar showing that rain heading to the east of here (Again) while skidding just to the north of the township (AGain) I was getting ready to scream...aying some more chance tonight... That should give the fields a bit of a kick in the pants to put some growth on... I hope we get that 1/4 inch they are talking about tonight too.

How'd ya make out Chief? Your area looked like it got some..
