Romney figured out what Obama means as ALL OF THE ABOVE when it comes to Energy. Obama is against Coal, Oil, Natural Gas so the All of the above in Obama's energy policy must mean ALL OF THE ABOVE GROUND sources, Solar, Wind and Biofuel made from sources that once were used for FOOD. :roll:
