At one time I thought about opening a retail store at the local Mall that sold only American Made products. I still think it would be a good business and maybe even a potential chain. Many people would like to buy american they are just to busy or lazy to take the time to search out the products. We like to buy our food and toilet paper while the oil gets changed on our car as they fill our prescriptions (aka Wal-Mart)

Here is a listings of American made products for those interested.

FOX News had a report on yesterday about an Aleutian Island community that refused to accept thousands of gallons of fuel (even tho they were in a shortage- and the fuel had been donated under Chavez's help the US poor program) after they found out that it was Citgo fuel from Venezuela...
Now thats patriotic folk-- Should get a medal- but will probably be chastised by the current government for screwing up some type of free trade agreement that we've signed away our grandchildrens and great grandchildrens futures with.... :(

I agree about the patriotism, OT. That was really an inspirational story.

Yea I will second that! Personally I try to buy only conoco oil because I had read where they do not import any oil from the Middle East countries.

I know it can change day to day but at that point a year ago they where not bringing any in.

forgot where I saw it at but there is a gov website that shows how many barrels a month of oil come into the U.S. and exactly where it comes from.

Never buy gas at Citgo will push the car past one first.
