Got this in an email from a buddy a few days ago:
Like I have said before. They're working on the wrong problems with healthcare in the USA.
Just for example, Aislu, my flight attendant, had an inter-uterine cyst explode (I had nuthin to do wid dat) on a trip to Kasakhstan a few weeks ago. She had emergency surgery. It was skillfully repaired with laser surgery and three tiny incisions....back at work in 3 days....total cost was 88,000.00 Tenge or a little less than $630.00 USD. And, I've already told you about my cost on dental care. One can't even be admitted in a US hospital for 10 minutes for $630.00 dollars. Wild huh?
