Anchor Babies Policy has to be stopped

The way I see it the government is going to have to do away with the Anchor baby policy if they are going to get illegal immigration under control. As every time ICE goes to pick up a illegal woman with kids the media is going to start the yelling about can't take her as she has US citizen kids and the government is breaking up a family. I believe a lot of these women came across knowing if they had a baby in the US they would have a much better chance of staying even if they did break the law once they got to the US. If the mommy can't be taken then neither can the daddy that just broke the law. Make the law say if you are a foreign person without immigration papers/green card and you are having a baby that baby will NOT be given citizenship in any country but the country the mother is from. If she is from Mexico the baby is registered there if from Canada the baby is Canadian not US.

The Left bias media keeps reporting the ICE raids NOW and stirring up the fear NOW but where were they when it was Obama deporting 3 million illegals IF the reports are actually true about the amounts Obama supposedly deported. What the friggin Media also forgets to report is these raids happening now were planned months ago as in UNDER OBAMA. But that does not feed the fear and hate of Trump to the liberal bias base so they leave that BIG PIECE OF THE STORY OUT. Just like the 7 countries on the travel ban list was written up UNDER OBAMA That list came from Obama intel heads after they TESTIFYING IN CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO VET PEOPLE FROM THOSE UNSTABLE COUNTRIES, But Trump is getting mashed for all of this like he came to office and pointed at the map and said these are the countries we are going to ban with no reason at all.

there are many other problems with anchor babies,.. they get welfare

Pregnant women and nursing mothers could be eligible for certain benefits under the Women-Infants-Children (WIC) program, which provides food and nutrition vouchers, and their children could enroll in Medicaid, although the undocumented parents could not.

Surprise, surprise; Census Bureau data reveals that most U.S. families headed by illegal immigrants use taxpayer-funded welfare programs on behalf of their American-born anchor babies.Even before the recession, immigrant households with children used welfare programs at consistently higher rates than natives, according to the extensive census data collected and analyzed by a nonpartisanWashington D.C. group dedicated to researching legal and illegal immigration in the U.S. The results, published this month in a lengthy report, are hardly surprising.

They include Supplemental Security Income (SSI) for the disabled, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), a nutritional program known as Women, Infants and Children (WIC), food stamps, free/reduced school lunch, public housing and health insurance for the poor (Medicaid).Food assistance and Medicaid are the programs most commonly used by illegal immigrants, mainly on behalf of their American-born children who get automatic citizenship. On the other hand, legal immigrant households take advantage of every available welfare program, according to the study, which attributes it to low education level and resulting low income. The highest rate of welfare recipients come from the Dominican Republic (82 %), Mexico and Guatemala (75%) and Ecuador (70%), according to the report, which says welfare use tends to be high for both new arrivals and established residents.

Once they reach 21 they can bring over their family.

It needs to be stopped because it is abused so much.. but as Graham indicates with current court precedence, this would take amending the US Constitution.
