Polls:
Zogby shows only 39% approve of Bush. 61% disapprove and 41% strongly disapprove.
ABC shows 39% approval, 60% disapproval and 47% strongly disapprove.
AP is even worse, only 37% approve, 59% disapprove and 42% strongly disapprove.
And CBS trails with only 35% approval, 57% disapproval. The strongly disapprove question apparently wasn't asked there.

Those Republicans up for reelection next year are starting to get restless.
