obama loves it when a plan comes together

It's beyond any rational reasoning why anyone thinks this guy has anything in mind positive for this country. No rational reason that the left has for having the nose up his regimes azz

On the other hand, there's a guy over on the Yesterday's Tractor forum who is bragging about the fact that he signed up through the exchange and has received his Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance card.

The coverage is supposed to cost him about $800.00 per month, but he received a subsidy of about $700.00 per month so the actual cost to him is $92.00 a month.

Many of the others on the forum ate him alive for being on welfare. How in the world can we afford to subsidize this kind of stuff?

Buckwheat is propagating the "Gov't Hand Out" mindset of the masses. That's what ObamaCare is all about........................

Did anyone bother to ask the gentleman what his deductible and co pays are with that $92 subsidized premium that provided him with an "INSURANCE CARD"? As from what is being reported if you qualify for a subsidy then you likely will not be able to afford to pay the up front cost/deductibles. So if you can't afford th$5 to $6 thousand dollar deductible before your insurance kicks in will you be using the healthcare system any more now than you did before Obama stuck his nose in and destroyed the US system?

Americans are going to learn a very tough lesson that being

ACCESS TO AN INSURANCE CARD IS NOT ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE.

Tam,

There was some discussion about that, but I don't remember the details. I went back to look at the string, but it has apparently been deleted from the forum.

I do remember that he said that he had previously bought private insurance that cost him something over $600.00 per month, and he felt that he would now have better coverage than he previously had.

But, the details really do make a difference. I have no idea what he is actually going to have concerning preferred doctors, preferred hospitals, deductibles, co-payments, annual maximum out of pocket, or lifetime limits.

It will be very interesting to see just how many of these heavily subsidized plans cause sticker stock when the so called winners in the Obamacare lottery try see their doctors. It has been said many times that the law is not AFFORDABLE because if you can afford the premium you will not likely beable to afford the out of pocket before your insurance actually kicks in.

BTW we can't really call it the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT BUT is it really fair to call it OBAMACARE when it took just about very Democrap in Washington to pass it. Should it not be called DEMOCRAPCARE.Why let Reid and Pelosi and all their cultist Congressmen off the hook?
