Will it ever be official? Looks like there are several versions of it being offered to the UN for publication. We're only about five weeks from a vote on the Constitution and the UN can't get a real copy to print and pass out to the voters! Yet Bush tells us every week how wonderful things are going over in Iraq. Link below; my emphasis.
