Regarding this statement:

Jennings switched to Chappell because of their problem-solving approach. He was experiencing 6% to 8%
death loss from brisket disease, caused by high pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP), at the same time Williams

Does anyone have a link or information on bloodlines susceptible to brisket disease, caused by high pulmonary arterial pressure, especially at elevations less than the usual 7000 foot threshold? Thanks.
