Angus Herds

What are some of the better registered angus herds in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana. I am looking for maternal traits combined with performance. I would like registered heifers from a herd that the cows have low-birthweight calves and can wean bulls with 205 day weights over 650 and can do it on just grass and water, and weigh between 1250 and 1400 pounds.

Jorgensen's from Ideal SD. Cattle that do everything I want. If you're looking for the latest and greatest herd sires you'll be dissapointed though.

Alot of variables in your inquiry. There's a few near me myself included that hit those variables but my cows would be the 1000 to 1300# range.

Wiese's up the road 20 miles run a hay and grass outfit but I think the cows may tip the scales a little heavier on the birthweights and mature weights.Good cattle none the less just abit bigger than I want in general.

They have about a 100 reg. heifers selling the end of april and in may in two different sales.I don't have any for sale this spring unless I go broke in the next month.
