AC has some pretty good smack, and the more impromptu the better. I think Karlin is past his prime for that exchange.

I thought he was a zombie and hated his spoken word performance. No offense but either he or his writer is lacking talent...

Yeah, but his memory is good, to be able to remember all of that.

Maybe if I had just smoked as much pot as he has, mine would be better now.

passin thru, I knew we could count on you! Your pointed humor is delightful. Keep that pointy stick sharpened and those pix coming. If some on this board don't want you to respond to them they can quit biting your ankles.

This columnist feels the same way about Coulter that nonothing feels about you... and me?

Columnist Wants Coulter Dead

A columnist for an advertising industry magazine wants Ann Coulter dead.
That's what Ad Age columnist Simon Dumenco suggested when he asked Coulter, "would it kill you to do us all a favor and kill yourself? (Oh, well, yeah, I guess it would kill you.)"

Open liberal mouth, insert liberal foot.

It's remarkable how violent the famously "anti-war" liberals can be when speaking of what they consider the "outlandish remarks" made by Coulter in Amazon.com's best-selling book.

The same liberals now blasting Coulter for allegedly going too far in attacking a foursome of politically motivated 9/11 widows, known as the "Jersey Girls," would certainly be more persuasive by keeping those death threats - they might call them "suggestions" - to themselves.

Wrote Dumenco, "After her recent rabidly hateful, foaming-at-the-mouth, sub-human 'Today' show appearance - in which she reiterated her assertion that 9/11 widows are 'enjoying their husbands' deaths' - even her former supporters began to fantasize about how much nicer the world would be if it were Coulter-less."

Perhaps those "former supporters" are among the increasing numbers of readers who are buying Coulter's book.

They sure do have a strange way of showing their displeasure, don't they Mr. Dumenco?

South Dakota is proud of this?
I have no idea what South Dakota is proud of – why don’t you take a poll? What is Nebraska proud of?

You’re going to have to clarify your question if you want an answer.

Proud of Ann Coulter? Proud that Simon Dumenco wants Coulter dead? Proud that Coulter’s book is number one on the best-seller list? What?

Poll: Huge Support for Ann Coulter

Ann Coulter’s new book "Godless: The Church of Liberalism" has created a storm of controversy, but an online poll sponsored by NewsMax.com reveals that Americans overwhelmingly support Coulter and strongly disagree with her critics.
In the book – which shot to the top of Amazon.com’s list of best sellers the day after it was published and has debuted at the No. 1 spot on The New York Times nonfiction list – Coulter criticizes four New Jersey widows who pushed for an independent commission to investigate the 9/11 attacks that killed their husbands, and backed Democrat John Kerry for president in 2004.
"These broads are millionaires, lionized on TV and in articles about them, reveling in their status as celebrities and stalked by grief-arazzis,” Coulter wrote.
Hillary Clinton immediately lashed out at Coulter for what she called her "vicious, mean-spirited attack” on the widows and said the book should have been called "heartless.”
House Democrats from New York and Long Island signed a letter demanding an apology from Coulter, and two New Jersey Democrats sought to have the book banned in that state.
NBC's Matt Lauer also went on the attack against Coulter when she appeared on the "Today” show, and The New York Times said her book is "in need of flogging.”
But the NewsMax poll – which drew more than 90,000 respondents from sites across the Web, such as Drudge Report and The New York Times - shows that the establishment assault on Coulter and her book did not change many minds.
The huge majority of respondents to NewsMax’s poll – more than eight out of 10 surveyed - believe Coulter was right in criticizing the four 9/11 widows from New Jersey.
And the tens of thousands of respondents overwhelmingly agree that media coverage of Coulter and her book has been unfair.
NewsMax will provide the results of this poll to major media and share them with radio talk-show hosts across the country.

Here are the poll questions and results:

1) Was Ann Coulter wrong in criticizing four 9/11 widows known as the "Jersey Girls”?

Wrong: 15 percent

Not wrong: 85 percent

2) What is your opinion of Ann Coulter?

Favorable: 87 percent Unfavorable: 13 percent

3) Do you agree with Hillary Clinton that Ann’s book is "vicious” and "heartless”?

Yes, agree: 13 percent

No, don’t agree: 87 percent

4) Has the media coverage of Ann Coulter and her book been fair?

Fair: 18 percent

Not fair: 82 percent

5) Of the three, who would you trust for news and information?

Katie Couric: 10 percent

Ann Coulter: 86 percent

Al Franken: 4 percent

A NewsMax poll? ROTFLMAO! Of course, NewsMax readers support Ann Coulter, just like they support George W. Bush! That doesn't mean mainstream Americans support either one of them.

You are past ridiculous.

What's ridiculous is to point to a NewsMax poll to show that people support Ann Coulter! Are you seriously, now remember that it's wrong to lie, going to say you believe that a NewsMax poll is reflective of the American public? I haven't seen the poll, but if there is such a poll (and notice that Katrina didn't provide a link, so it may well be that she made it up), I'll bet even NewsMax will say it's not a scientific poll. ROTFLAMO.
