Not a real big incentive for me to take the bait. :wink:

I've got about $12000 invested in my boiler and 20 ton capacity coal bin. My other options would have been propane or electric boilers.

No the radiant floorheat tubes was priced in the concrete in the shop and the pumps and manifolds were installed later. The pipe from the boiler to the shop was about $9.00 a foot. I don't have anything installed in the house yet.
