Another pastor complicates Obama’s campaign

Obama should lose this election if nothing else but on the fact he is to stupid to quit a church that is a radical racist congregation.

The man has not got a brain in his head. Maybe that is why he thinks we have 57 states

Pfleger mocked Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York for appearing to weep at a campaign appearance before the New Hampshire primary in January, saying she was crying because “there’s a black man stealing my show.”

“She always thought, ‘This is mine. I’m Bill’s wife, I’m white and this is mine,’” Pfleger said in his fiery sermon.

As the racially mixed congregation responded “Amen!” and “Yes, sir!” Pfleger pretended to cry and shouted: “And then out of nowhere came him, Barack Obama. And she said: ‘Damn! Where did you come from?! I’m white! I’m entitled! There’s a black man stealing my show!’

“She wasn’t the only one crying!” he said. “There was a whole a lot of white people crying!”

Ya know....the timing of this is just too weird. You got to wonder who set this deal up? Something's up here.

That guy is a Catholic priest?????? WHERE?

And even the white priest was trying to sound and talk ' black'....a wannabe brother.

Why in the world Obama just didn't come out and say "ENOUGH ,I've had it with this bunch....I'm out the door".

I agree with Kolan that something seems to be up! I believe this Priest was friendly with Obama also, not as much as Wright was but still new Obama on a personal level.

Why would these guys want him to fail? Or is it just they have a platform to become Rock Stars at Obama's expense.

This guy was a visiting speaker, could they have not waited a few more months until they had to invite him over to speak?

If there is a conspiracy to hurt Obama I say it is because many of the powerful Black people in America do not want him to get elected, because if a Black man becomes President then they have nothing to complain about. Could you imagine how much less money people like Jackson and Sharpton would make while Obama served as President?

The biggest reason I think Obama is crazy for not walking away from this church ASAP! Is not the the Preachers and what is getting said from the podium, it is how the crowd reacts to what is being said.

Kind of like the KKK the one guy from the podium spilling his Racism is not as scary as the 100 in the audience that hoop and holler holding their Crosses and Hangman's nooses.

Further proof that the tree creatures are running the zoo! I cannot picture Reagan, Nixon, Kennedy, Eisenhower, or Truman putting up with ANY of this crap. This country seems to be turning uncontrollably gay.

Just say what's on your mind, Sugar. He's nothing but a wigger.

I think that's pretty disgusting - part of the dumbing down of our culture. Instead of trying to help black people overcome those things, it becomes popular to emulate them. You would sure expect better out of a priest, though. He needs to be fired.

And that so-called church needs to lose it's tax-exempt status. I wonder why the liberals aren't all over that issue? The libs think that the evil "one percent" need to be paying more so that it will reduce the tax burden on the lower and middle classes. Why would they support this racist political action group having tax-exempt status because they call themselves a church?

I'll speak for little ol' liberal me....I don't think ANY church should be tax exempt!!

Obama , like I've said lots of times, is not my choice....but I will stick to my gut feeling and say this whole deal with this last so called ' priest' is a set up deal.

I would not be surprised that Rev Wright isnt' too far from this deal!!

He got PO'ed and prb decided if he's not gonna be allowed to be the black version of Billy Graham to this next Pres....well then boy you ain't gonna be the Prez!!!

Black folks are harder on black folks than any white folks could EVER be.

One of the eye popping things about this primary has been the number of hate-preaching preachers we've seen. Wright, this dude, two for McCain. Kinda makes one look twice at the Muslim clerics, doesn't it?

.

I agree! They should pay taxes on everything after expenses. They could still be non profit even if they are not tax exempt. They get to deduct any money spent on charitable things such as helping homeless or food kitchens but if there is any money left over after all their expenses and charitable ventures they should pay taxes on it.

Not sure how it could be set up because there would need to be a way for them to carry over money into the next year for operating these charities with out paying taxes on it. Maybe they have to put it in some sort of 401K type plan and if it is drawled out for any reason besides Charity they get penalized. Surely the tax lawyers could figure something out.

To many of these churches operate like Businesses instead of a House of God.

Who is the second one for McCain, I am familiar with what Haggee said but not sure who the other one you are implying is?

But based on Hagee's comments vs Wrights they are not even close to the same. Surely you know that? Hagee is not McCains pastor, he is just a guy that said he endorsed McCain, McCain did not ask him to pray with him in the basement before announcing his candidacy.

Plus I do not care about what these idiot preachers have to say about religion. Hagee basically made religious comments that were stupid and crazy. I have no need for an idiot like him or his religious sturdiness.

I am concerned about the Anti-American comments and racist comments that Wright has made. I have no idea what he believes religiously, I have no idea if he feels Katrina was punishment from God for Homosexuals. All I know is how he feels politically, and how he feels about America.

It is Obama's association with a pastor that is anti American and a Racist that concerns me not the religious views of this pastor. I don't care what Obama's religious beliefs are, but I do care what his views of America are. And if the man wants to be President he should not be so close to so many Anti-Americans!

That type of language and topic doesn't belong in a house of God. That's how they're going to carry on if Jesus is sitting in the front pew? I don't call that place a church.

Rod Parsley is crazy preacher #2

Thanks! Googled him and read a little of his rhetoric. And like Hagee he seems to keep it pretty based on his religious beliefs be them misguided and inaccurate.

Seems him and Hagee are mostly criticized for radical religious beliefs such as Homosexuals causing Katrina and Parsley condemning the Muslim religion. I do not agree with them, but can see how they twist scripture to get their beliefs.

Example: God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah due to Homosexual practices, so it is easy to see how a Preacher could go off and believe other cities were destroyed by Katrina....even though this is inaccurate it is still just a false religious leader misleading his parish but misapplying past bible principles.

Were in contrast Wright is speaking not about religion but about politics and he is Anti-American and is also a Racist. I take this a lot more serious since Obama is running for leader of the same America that wright claims God Damn it!

Like I said I do not care about Wrights religious beliefs, most of these Headliner Preachers have sold their souls for money and fame, but I do care about his Political views and ties to possibly the next President of the U.S.

I saw the comedy routine... it was pretty funny... but the stage setting looked a bit like a church.. and what is with the Priest outfit..

honestly I think to much is being made of this,.. so what if Obama knew the guy for twenty years... and the guy made an azz of himself in front of an audience.. dressing up like a priest... and shouting like Jesse and Al....

I'm just curious,...

How can you equate Obama having a twenty plus year relationship with these two radical preachers,

to two preachers endorsing McCain? (endorsements McCain didn't seek)..

so does obama gain or lose votes by disowning two people who have counselled him for twenty years? this looks pretyy politically expedient but what does it say about his character. past and present? i tink you'll elect him and he'll be a weak president but not as bad as bush.
