STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT.
RAINFALL OVER THE AREA WILL CHANGE TO SNOW THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND
BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES THURSDAY EVENING. SNOW SHOULD CONTINUE OVERNIGHT
BEFORE TAPERING OFF FRIDAY MORNING. THIS SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AND
WET AND COULD CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR YOUNG LIVESTOCK...AND ALSO MAY
COLLECT ON POWER AND TELEPHONE LINES. TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS COULD
REACH 4 TO 8 INCHES BY FRIDAY MORNING.
A WINTER STORM WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN SEVERE WINTER WEATHER IS
POSSIBLE BUT NOT IMMINENT. AT THIS TIME THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR
SIGNIFICANT SNOW. PLEASE MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS FOR UPDATES
