The last reported death from Anthrax hit a ranch 8 miles south of me. I vaccinated on 14th, so I should be good to go.

As a side note for Saskatchewan and Manitoba residents, the CFIA is putting on informational sessions all over the 2 provinces in affected areas, I attended the Nipawin one tonight, and it was very good. Dispelled some of the myths and crap floating around about the disease and transmission of the disease. You may want to contact the CFIA and inquire where the nearest one to you is.

For those of you in South Dakota, while there is no outbreak, due to the drought conditions and the outbreak last year, your state is considered high risk.

And hey, OT, you might be interested to know that the first cases in North America came in from Europe, through Lousiana where it spread west and north from contact with buffalo herds.
