I bought a William Rodgers knife made in Scheffield, England. Is there any way to tell if it is original and how old it is. Doesn't really matter it is still a nice knife. Just curious. Thanks in advance.

Nice knife, glad you're gonna keep it in the family. The pommel is some kind of tufnol/fibreloid and marks the period between the last years of WW2 and the late '50s when aluminium was scarce.

I read that description on that site, that was the one with the Boy Scout sheath. Sure looks like your knife. :D
