Ya it might keep him out of trouble when I'm gone...nope I doute it LOL Angus you ever been to West Edmonton Mall??Its pretty amazing,but only for a short time!
 
Ive been there like 4 years ago-inm good for another 4. lol. Tell greg that this week we brand... hes welcome. lol. we only had 5 people to tag and vaccinate 200 some head-it took 12 hours. lol.
 
For those that can't get away, We are going to sell our spa..........Just don't use it anymore........ So all you that are interested go to the classifieds the misc. Or pm me for details........Hope I don't get in trouble for this.....

We got our corrals cleaned this week and a few more calves branded. Fence to fix and water systems to get pumping for our breeding pastures. You know the usual. we had a couple years worth of manure pushed up in piles cause the cleaners didn't get here last years. Had 2 different guys come in this year one with a 1000bushel spreader on a tridem drive truck and his skid steer and a fellow with a 500 bu, spreader . We also loaded with our JD tractor. Could load the big truck dumping side by side with the skid steer. Sure is nice to have them all cleaned up.
 
We go to the 4-h state finals with the kids and spend 4 days there in abilene and we just got back from flint creek Mississippi spent memorial weekend at the lake with friends from all over the eastern US
we also go fishing on the river and just sit back and watch the clouds role by in august
 
ok, my vacation for the summer is over :shock:

last minute k_ranch canceled out on a trip to Rapid for overnight and dr appts. Mom and I took the kids and went swimming and chuckie cheese's for the first time... I love my kids dearly but all the bickering and baloney in the pickup and room and bed, and sis up half the night with ear infection... Wooh, I'm done for a couple months. :lol: I'll stay home thanks. The kids had fun though and I'm glad. Double A will go stay with his other dad soon and we needed to do something special...

Oh and I am getting old, :( have to get glasses. It's all this dang staring at the puter. :wink:

Chuckie Cheese's was um interesting. I made the kids eat before they could spend any $ and they each had a limit. It was fun for a once every couple years or maybe once in a lifetime deal. :? :shock: :wink:
 
YUP, can relate to Chucky Cheese. Took MCG there a number of times for getting good grades. It's an absolute ZOO and I'm glad she's outgrown it. 8) When I get grandkids, however, I will take them there, so they will have such a good time they will bug mom and dad (PAYBACK TIME, mind you) to go there OFTEN!!! Can't wait. :twisted:

after the drive and the vacation and one of the kids having some tramam we are ready for a break
