Happy Easter to ya'll...Hey Lilly...tell me what you had for Easter dinner! I'm betting despite the weather, you cooked up one heck of a feast! Something about you southern cooks, ya know how make my mouth water! We didn't do anything today, and poor hubby was reduced to a PBJ on an old stale hotdog bun...lol I'm gonna have to break down and go to the grocery store tomorrow..lol I did fix a steak to go along with his sandwich...lol

Happy Easter to everyone. We had a busy, time consuming day. Just having our lunch at 4 PM. Still have a bunch of calves to tag. No plans other than a good nap today.

Thx Lily,we had a very nice Easter.Dinner with my kids and my 2 sisters & families yesterday, then today the little guys enjoyed their Easter baskets and then like yesterday spent the whole day outside and picked& picked at leftovers. Beautiful weather for the weekend... :)

Everyone's gone home now and I miss the noise :(

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend as much as I did.

Our 14 year old grandson spent Easter weekend with us 'old folks.'

That was really special!!! But he was outside having fun with grampa; and they didn't know when they would be back, so our Easter dinner was
more ordinary than usual. Then we had home made pizza for supper.

I got off easy and had a lot of fun with the grandson.
And I didn't forget what Easter was all about.

I was kinda worried this mornin when I put stuff in the oven to bake. It was thunderin and lightenin so bad, our lights flickered a few times but never went off. I was fraid we'd loose power and nothin would get cooked LOL

We had a big ole ham, hashbrown casserole, home made baked macaroni and cheese, fresh green beans, rolls, sunshine salad, and of course a peach cobbler. Spent most of the afternoon at the inlaws, watchin the neices play with all the goodies from their Easter Baskets. Didn't have my camera with me ????? and the two year old was sooooo cute watchin her try to figure out how to do bubbles out in the yard.

Lil Lilly brought her latest "heart throb" to dinner. He's really sweet.

Was a wonderful day. Wound up with exactly 2 inches of rain in the rain guage. And after all the storm cleared out it was a gorgeous day!
