That is so neat for all of you but especially Bob M. that he does what he does at 87.

Bob, I hope I'm half the man you are in 38 years.

glad to see your dad still has it , when my wife's grandfather showed up at a branding one year , we let him rope a few , you could just see the happiness in his eyes , I hope my family does that for me when I get to be that age .

I'm hoping I am next year :!: :D

I'm not sure I'm half the man right now! :D

A while back when I was in town I was visiting with a neighbor who now lives at senior housing in town. He is 95 and still very sound mind, sees and hears well, and drives his own car everywhere. I told him I'm only 47 but I can compete with guys his age on the number of medications I'm on because I take 8 different pills. He said he only takes one pill. :p :p :p

Soapweed thank your Dad for making my day. I love it when the "Old Guys" get out there and get to do something, they still dream of doing all the time.

Great pics. I suspect like most Ranchers Bob M's list of hobbies includes ranching and ranching, followed by some ranching. Those are pretty special days.
I am inspired to take some pictures of my dad in daily duty now...(thx)

Bob M. you are an inspiration to me. I am 69, spent 3 hrs horseback about a week ago and am still stiff and sore. But after seeing you horseback I going to saddle up again this morning to go check the cows instead of taking the UTV. Continued health to you.

P. S. you are dressed every bit as sharp as you son too :!:

It looks like he's roped calves before-I have a pic at our branding of an old friend -now passed- roping at 75 on a 25 year old horse so they added to a 100 also-pretty nice just to be a part of that. I hope you didn't make your Dad wrestle when he was done roping. A painting of some of his pictures would be pretty nice I think.
