Massive Evidence Against Allison Mack & Sex Cult Co-Conspirators

Authorities investigated three of the 'Smallville' actress's electronic accounts.

The government is planning to unload massive evidence against Allison Mack and her NXIVM sex cult co-conspirators in the coming weeks, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

Radar obtained a shocking new court document filed by U.S. attorneys, detailing just what evidence they've acquired against the Smallville actress, NXIVM leader, Keith Raniere, and four others.

The new document claims that the government has seized, and will release in the near future, "three electronic accounts belonging to defendant Allison Mack."

The document claimed that an email account belonging to Raniere, as well as an email account belonging to defendant Clare Bronfman will also be released.

The government claimed in the paperwork that attorneys working on the case have produced over 27,000 pages of discovery materials so far.

Plus, that doesn't include what the government seized from NXIVM properties in Albany and Half Moon, New York that have yet to accessed. According to the document, attorneys are working with the FBI to figure out whether or not some seized property is retrievable.

The shocking document also makes it clear that the investigation into NXIVM is "ongoing." U.S. attorney Richard Donoghue claimed the government "continues to receive new records from a variety of sources."

As Radar readers know, Mack was arrested on April 20 for ties to the NXIVM sex cult. The actress, Raniere and four other defendants are accused of racketeering and other criminal charges including sex trafficking.

The defendants are scheduled to appear in federal court in December.

Aide to California state attorney accused of running an occult police force claiming to be 3,000 years old

One of California Attorney General Kamala Harris' (D) staffers was arrested last week and "accused of operating a rogue police force that claimed to exist for more than 3,000 years," The Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.
Brandon Kiel, deputy director of community affairs at the California Department of Justice, and two others — David Henry and Tonette Hayes — reportedly face charges for their roles in the Masonic Fraternal Police Department.

"Suspicions about the Masonic Fraternal Police Department — whose members trace their origins to the Knights Templar — were aroused when various police chiefs in Southern California received a letter in late January that announced new leadership for the group," the Times' Matt Hamilton wrote.

"Following an investigation, officials said, sheriff's investigators searched two sites in Santa Clarita and found badges, weapons, uniforms and law enforcement paraphernalia."

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department said in a statement that the Masonic Fraternal Police Department was not a legitimate police force and that Kiel, Henry, and Hayes were arrested for allegedly impersonating police officers.

"Detectives conducted a thorough investigation in collaboration with several law enforcement agencies and determined MFPD was not a legitimate police agency," the sheriff's department said in a statement, according to NBC News.

The Times called attention to a website purporting to represent the Masonic department. The site claims the police department is widely respected and operates in 33 states.

"The Masonic Fraternal Organization is the oldest and most respected organization in the 'World.' Grand Masters around the various states are facing serious safety concerns for their Jurisdictions and their family members. The first Police Department was created by the 'Knights Templar's' back in 1100 B.C.," the site says. "When asked what is the difference between The Masonic Fraternal Police Department and other Police Departments the answer is simple for us. We were here first!"

Harris is the Democratic front-runner to replace Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-California) in 2016. Her office declined to comment to the Times but said Kiel had been placed on administrative leave.

Allison Mack attorneys referenced Scientology to defend Nxivm forced sex labor

Allison Mack's attorneys cited a previous case against the Church of Scientology in effort to defend the Smallville actor against sex trafficking charges. Mack, who was arrested in connection with Nxivm sex-slave cult leader Keith Raniere, was accused of using photos and documents to coerce lower-ranking members of the group into free work and sex with Raniere.
