Question:

Who would YOU choose to be the next President of the US?

<<Give us the name of the one person that fits and meets ALL of your various requirements. You whine and bitach and moan about the candidates but we've yet to see how YOU would fix the election process/mess?>>

I don't agree 100% with anybody, but my candidate was Duncan Hunter.

Ok.....WHY is Duncan Hunter qualified?

What has he ever done that would qualify him for the office?

Does he have " executive experience"?

Fair enough.

He was an officer in the Army Rangers, serving in Vietnam. He's been a rep for over 35 years. He's been a member of many committees during his tenure, and is currently Chairman of the Armed Services Committee (which he actually calls to meetings). He's personally sponsored more pieces of major legislation than the number of biographies he's written.

He doesn't have the executive experience that a governor would have, but after dealing first hand with the top executive for 35 years, he certainly knows what the job entails.

Does this not make him part of the ' same ol same'? If he's been there THAT long....why has he not instigated ' change'?

But which pieces of legislation, that can range from protecting the termite to major tax legislation, just the initiation of a piece of legislation doesn't mean squat.

He has instigated "change." (As opposed to just talk about it like some Socialist lip-flapper that we all know) He voted against the bailout. He sponsored legislation that would stop Bush's free pass for Mexican trucks, secure our borders, lower taxes on manufacturers that did their manufacturing in the US, force fair trade - not free, mandatory inspection of cargo trucks and vessels entering the US, etc..... How much more do you want?

(As opposed to just talk about it like some Socialist lip-flapper that we all know) ......now see...we were playin' pretty till you go off on this tangent.

You can not answer a question w/o getting snotty.

Seems to me that "You whine and bitach and moan about the candidates" sat the tone for snottiness.

When you're a Socialist and you're whole campaign is based on an action that you've never done - only talked about - I think the title "Socialist lip-flapper" is entirely fitting.

I think I've answered all your questions. You notice that I brought specific examples?

Any more?

Can I ask you one?

Is there a reason why you wouldn't vote for Baldwin? Ron Paul endorsed him and I cannot vote for anyone who has voted for this bailout plan. In fact most of those who voted for the bailout plan the first time in the House are the very ones who are pushing global government and the loss of sovereignty of this country.

It sounds like many of the Libertarians (who really don't like Barr- altho he probably is the best Constitutional and legal scholar running), the right wingers and conservatives (like the Birchers) and evangelicals are voting for Baldwin- who is a Baptist minister...

I really haven't looked at Baldwin much because there's no way that he's going to be elected. However, I did like what little I saw.
