July/August sparked forest fires here. Its been so dry this summer.

Ootsa Lake fire Aug 3. This fire flared up again over this past weekend when there was a change in the wind direction. It went from 200 hectares to 1500 hectares in 8 hours. This fire is southwest of home.

Aug 6, Chelaslie River fire straight south of home. This fire is still going strong today.

great photos, and beautiful country. those are some great sun set shots. your pics sorta dropped off a bit during the bullriding ones(thats more of a shot at H, then anything :wink: ), but you picked it back up and finished strong :wink: :lol: that black show hiefer sure is purdy :D

Nice tour Jigger. I was just wondering what happened to you and Wyoming Rancher this morning. Looks to be rather smokey I hope flames keep their distance.

Thanks JB, I've been wondering what you've been up to myself.
A lot of familier faces in the crowd there. :D The first and second bull riders are both home-town boys from here, as is the young fellow in the white shirt in the second BRer pic. The stock contractor and the red shirted bull fighter are brothers from Williams Lake, know them and their parents very well.

My 2nd Wife use to take in the outside Seams - then wear them in the tub - Shrink to Fit - in the 60's - Wow!

Thanks everyone. I'm still here and read most of the posts every day. I just don't post much myself.
gcreek.. they announced where all the bull riders were from and they did mention your area. One of the riders was taken away in an ambulance the first night. Not sure what rider. They did announce the next day that he was ok. :)
