I really like the black welder hand on that pristine white T-shirt. I think both your sons chose career paths to which they are well suited.

Mr. FH took a look at that welding job and admired Sparky's
work. He said, "that guy is a hand"!

Now I want to know about Jake, the brown horse.
Is he new? Where did he come from?
How old is he? The roan looks like he is making
Kosmo a nice horse. I like to see them going with their
ears forward. Shows how comfortable they are with their rider.
That roan is pretty happy.

I had to do pretty much the same thing to my rake on one side before I started haying this summer. The hole where the pin went through broke out so I plated it top and bottom. Nice job Sparky did.

Jake is a big black horse, that has bleached a bit in the summer sun so he looks brown now. He is six years old, and was purchased by the previous owner for a pick-up horse. Somehow he didn't pan out for that job (maybe because he doesn't like people to ride double on his back) :? , so I traded off the two Rapid City Stock Show horses to get him. I like "Jake" quite a bit better than the merchandise I traded for him. :)

Sooo, you traded Peach's gray for Jake plus one other horse.
Looked like Peach was likin' the gray...

Some people just like to trade horses... :p :D :D :D :D

We still have Peach's gray, which is a five-year-old raised by the JF Ranch. He is a good little horse. The other gray was hard to catch and didn't amount to much. He now has a new owner. :)

Thanks for settin' me straight...

I'm happy to know you didn't trade Peach's horse
out from under her. (I knew you wouldn't...)
