Going to get too busy to post pictures here soon so I thought a few to end August would be appropriate.

A house in my way the other day. Talk about moving lock stock and barrel.

Took in a little Lacrosse at the Alberta tournament. Those green clad boys from Saskatchewan cleaned our clocks. I hate it when they do that.

My boy and I played best ball skins against my dad and another 79 year old. They beat us by 2 skins. I hate it when that happens.

I had many a chance to fly one of these during my flying days. (no I am not that old, my uncle had one)

Water and green grass in August in Southern Alberta. Not a normal combination.

Took a few folks out to a conservation easement that is a part of our ranch. Smooshing Philanthropists is another one of those jobs a rancher finds himself doing. Jack of all trades and all.

Started cutting swathgrazing. I don't usually cut with a crimper for swathgrazing but the swather made such a big windrow that we will do a bunch of it with the discbine.

Pregtested some hfs today.

79 year old labor still as good as any 2 other helpers. He uses his head and out thinks the bovines.

Eye see the ending photo. Be safe out there with finishing up baling and harvest.
