Brad S said:Which do you consider more militarizing of the country?
A) the commander in chief (by constitutional mandate) the head of US armed forces (that are barred from bringing arms against the citizenry) saluting marines.
B) the blm and IRS and homeland security and FEMA...(whose jurisdiction is within our borders and primarily US citizens) stockpiling hundreds of thousands of rounds.
Prove to me they are stockpiling rounds... I think it was figured out that when you break down the number of sworn officers to the rounds purchased it came out to about 2000 rounds each-- which most of those agencies have monthly or at the minimum quarterly qualifications which the amount of ammo available barely covers what is needed...
And by buying all together with a one time order- it saved the government money- but also brought out every anti- government/anti-cop conspiracist in the country....
Brad- this is an old conspiracy many times over debunked lately...Even the NRA and all the ammo companies have came out and said the shortage for ammo is not because of government law enforcement...
I know/have known and worked with many folks from all those agencies- and they are not some martian drones, commie country imports or government zombies ... Many are our neighbors, friends and relatives- and there is no major conspiracy to take over the country by them... I grew up with several that were/are at high levels in government law enforcement agencies... They put their pants on the same as you do Brad- one leg at a time- and many vote the same way (or more conservatively) than you do... As long as that continues we are not going to have cops chasing after anyone but the criminals..
