Behlen quonset water problems

I have a Behlen quonset, dad calls it a curvette. I've been having problems with the bottom sealing up and everytime it rains (which isnt really all that often) I get more water inside than out it seems. Any good advice for sealing the thing up?

When you say 'the bottom sealing up' what does that mean? Is water coming in from the sides or the ends. The company I work for occasionally does repairs on Behlen curvets. To seal them, we usually use butyl caulking. PM me and give me more specific info and I'll try to help you.
