Biggest Buck Ever!

Well, last wednesday I shot the biggest buck of my life. Took my little sister along, it was starting to get dark, so I thought we'd start the 20 minute drive home. Found him standing on a sidehill after 20 seconds of driving :lol: Needed some help loading him so we went to the neighbours and he gave us a hand. He's about 145 5X5, awesome deer for around home, Dad's never shot one this big and Grandpa has shot one 155 around here. Sorry for the poor pictures, I didnt have a camera in the field.

Congratulations on a very impressive deer! Any idea what he weighed in at? The only one I got that was anywhere near that big was the one I hit with my pickup one night . . .

We hung up 5 young bucks - all 6 pointers - here during our season 2 weeks ago. So for the 5 hunters in the group we will have lots of frying sausage and pepperettes this winter. I hunt deer to remind me why we domesticated beef cattle!

No clue on the weight, we've never weighed a deer, but I know he was well over 100lbs :lol: But I'm pretty sure thats the same with almost any deer
