Former President Bill Clinton says he thinks President Obama should talk more optimistically about the prospects that the nation will recover from its current deep economic woes.

Clinton said he wants Obama to assure the people that America will surmount this problem.

He also said he believes "you will see some good economic news from the stimulus fairly soon."

When someone needs mentoring from a proven liar, we're in a world of hurt.

Ya, but he does have a point. Personally, I think Obama is setting us up to fail. He doesn't love his country, so he's gonna CHANGE it.

The more doom and gloom he can do the more he can get passed. Just look how he is moving the census to the white house. And no one is talking about it because of all the economic doom and gloom taking center stage.

I think once he gets all the social programs set in place he will change his message and start telling us how good things are looking now and then the mentality of the sheep will change and people will start spending again and things will look better for short term. At least until 5 or 10 years later when those social programs hurt us like the ones Clinton did!

Right on the money, Aplus!! Lowering the bar of expectation so the Dems can push more UNREAD SOCIALISTIC BILLS through Congress!!

What about his lie that he was going to post every bill on the internet so the public could read them before they were voted on. Gullible liberals!!!!!

What makes me think Obama's promise to post where the stimulus money is going and how voters can track every dollar is going to be another broken promise. :(
