I went to pick Ty up from his bear stand at about 9'30 tonight. It's in the dark spruce so it's a spooky place at the best of times. I got about 100 yards from him and gave him a shout-here that old sow was hung up in the spruce with one of her yearlings treed. it's an eery feeling when you can hear her but can't really see her. He shot at her feet four times before she finally moved off-she'd be toast if he wasn't bow hunting lol.

Had one and maybe two in yearling heifers, oldest put one down twice at a good distance, went to look at see the carcass............gone. Then we saw another yearling this time along a small lake in our one pasture, I took the gun and tried to stauk(???) it but the walker made noise, chased him out twenty yards from a camera but no gun.

What we do for fun on a Sunday afternoon in BSE country. Cows or owners crazy.

Yeah they don't fall over dead from fright too often-I laid a big boar flat three times going across a clearing-I tracked him for a mile through a willow jungle but never caught up to him. I think we'll call it in tonight see if that works.
